How long does shipping take?+
Orders ship from Bangkok within 1 business day and arrive in 2–4 business days domestically.
Do you ship internationally?+
International shipping is quote-on-request — some oil-based products are restricted for air freight. Please contact us.
Can I change or cancel an order?+
Contact us with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will help change or cancel it according to its current status.
Can I change the delivery address?+
You can change the delivery address before the parcel leaves our warehouse by updating the address on that order. If the order has already been shipped, cancel it and place a new order.
Do you accept corporate or event orders?+
Yes. Contact us through the Contact page with the quantity, budget, required delivery date, and packaging customisation details. Our team will prepare a proposal suited to the occasion.

What is your return policy?+
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days. Fragrance oils, once opened, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
What if my order arrives damaged?+
If your item arrives damaged, photograph the box, protective packaging, and damaged product. Send the evidence and your order number via LINE @dontrush.bkk. Our team will coordinate the case and send a replacement at no extra cost.
How do I choose the right product for each room?+
Lava Stone has a more limited scent throw, but it is more economical because you can choose when to add oil and release the scent. It is best suited to a desk or bedside table; in a larger room, the scent may feel softer. Reed diffusers spread scent more continuously and across a wider area, depending on the number of reeds used. For an immediate scent, we recommend Room Spray, which can last up to 1-2 hours.Choose the scent and product format according to the level of diffusion you prefer. See the Scent Guide for details.
How do I adjust the strength?+
For reed diffusers, reduce or increase the number of reeds and flip them when you want a temporary boost. For Lava Stone, reduce or increase the number of drops. Place the product where air circulates well for better scent diffusion.
What about children, pets, or pregnancy?+
Keep products out of reach of children and pets. Use them in a well-ventilated space and avoid direct contact with concentrated oils. Some pets may be sensitive to fragrance; if concerned, consult a veterinarian or healthcare professional before use.For homes with pets, we recommend Oneiric, Solaria, Nymph, or Apres only, as they do not contain essential oils that may cause irritation to pets.
Can Lava Stone be reused?+
All Lava Stone models are reusable. To change scents, wash the lava stone in mild soapy water and scrub gently to remove oil residue. Leave it to dry completely before using it again. If you want to continue with the same scent, simply purchase an essential-oil refill.
How long does the scent last?+
It depends on the product format, number of drops or reeds, room size, and airflow. Reed diffusers provide continuous scent, while room sprays can be sprayed again when the scent softens and typically last 1-2 hours. For Lava Stone, one application of oil can release scent for 2-3 days, and the scent may become more diffusive with continued use.
