Flat ฿40 domestic shipping, free over ฿1,200. Orders ship from Bangkok within 1 business day.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via LINE and email.
Cancellation
You can cancel an order any time before its status shows “preparing to ship”. Contact contact@dontrush.shop or call 083-480-2547. Cancelled orders are refunded in full to the original payment method.
Returns
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, in complete, unopened condition (opened fragrance oils cannot be returned for hygiene reasons). Contact contact@dontrush.shop to start a return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
International
International shipping is quote-on-request — some items are restricted for air freight. Contact contact@dontrush.shop.
