Privacy Policy

Dontrush Co., Ltd. ("we") respects your privacy and complies with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), B.E. 2562. Last updated 19 September 2026

What we collect

Name, phone, shipping address, order history, email (if you give one — it's optional at checkout), LINE account details (if you sign in with LINE or connect LINE to track an order), the messages you send to our LINE chat, and the products you bookmark in your member account — which we may use to remind you about them only if you have opted in to marketing messages.

How we use it

To process orders, deliver, provide support, and — only with your consent — send marketing. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Order updates

When your parcel is handed to the courier we send the tracking number on LINE (if you connected LINE to the order, or you're a member who follows our LINE account); if LINE can't be reached, by email instead. These updates are part of delivering your order (PDPA s.24(3)), need no consent, and contain no advertising. The email shows your name and phone only partly and never your street address. Every update email has an unsubscribe link, and you can still check your order on the website or on LINE.

Service providers

We share only what's needed with providers who work for us: our warehouse and couriers (delivery), payment processors, LINE (messages), Resend (email), Google (analytics and ads, only after you accept cookies), and an AI provider (Anthropic or Google) that helps answer our LINE chat. Some of them store data outside Thailand. We use providers with internationally recognised data-protection safeguards, and we never sell your data.

Visitor statistics

We count visits to each page with our own system, without cookies and without storing IP addresses. It keeps only a one-way code that changes every day, so it can't identify you or follow you across days. These records are kept for 180 days. If you arrive from an ad or a campaign-tagged (UTM) link, we note the campaign and ad name against that same daily code, along with that day's shopping steps (add to cart, checkout, order), to see which ads work — still without cookies and without following you across days.

Job applicants

When you apply through /jobs we keep what you enter on the application (such as nickname, age, phone, LINE ID, education and experience, and a photo) to consider your application and contact you. If you are hired we ask for your full name, a copy of your ID card and a photo, to make your staff card and plan the rota. Photos and ID card copies are stored in a non-public area that only the hiring team can access. We never use applicant data for marketing, and you can ask us to delete your application data at any time using the contact details below.

How long we keep data

Order records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires. Other data is kept only as long as the purposes above need it, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You may access, correct, delete, or request a copy of your data, object to or restrict its use, and complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee. Contact us at hello@dontrush.shop.
